All rentals include use of the following optional amenities at no extra charge:

  • 15 Six-Foot Buffet Tables
  • 175 Folding Chairs
  • 1 Wedding Arch (white wooden curved arch - click here for image)
  • 1 Mirrored Ball (revolving ball located in the center of the ballroom)
  • Miniature Lights (strings of tiny white ornamental lights, suspended from the ceiling)

  • 16 Five-Foot (8-Place) Round Tables (available at a charge of $7.00 each)

Setup: The club supervisor will be available before and during the event to set up tables and chairs, according to your instructions, and to provide breakdown of the tables and chairs afterward.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with two sinks, gas range with double ovens, refrigerator, 100-cup coffee maker, and ample counter space for food preparation.
(Stemware, dishes, flatware, serving platters, tablecloths, and napkins must be brought in or furnished by your caterer.)

Upstairs Lounge: Upstairs lounge is equipped with wine refrigerator, sink, microwave oven, serving bar, smaller seating area, and a balcony overlooking the dance floor.

Stage: The fully-curtained stage includes an upright piano, amplification system with CD and cassette players.
(Musicians and DJ's must adhere to residential decibel level restrictions and all music must end by 10:00pm.)

Parking: Due to its quaint location in a neighborhood setting, parking is limited. Guests at the Laurelhurst Club must adhere to strict noise level restrictions.
