The Laurelhurst Club has the flexibility and versatility to host any type of event. Our indoor space of 5,300 sq. ft. has a capacity of 250 for a standing reception or 150 seated guests for dinner.  Our outdoor courtyard and gardens can seat 100 for ceremonies. We were made to host events and we want you to see why.

tables & Chairs

The Laurelhurst Club has over 150 classic and simple white chairs, and 40 customizable round or rectangular tables. 

catering

The Laurelhurst Club offers you flexibility. We have a list of vetted caterers or you choose your dream-maker. Training is provided for Caterers new to our facility. The kitchen offers ample counter space, a serving counter opening to the ballroom, two sinks, warmer ovens and induction hobs for reheating, microwave, refrigerator, and ice machine.  Grills may be set up on the back patio.  You bring your own linens, serving equipment, glassware, dishware, and silverware.

hours

How events begin and end is vital. We will be there to support you and your vendors in setting up two hours prior to your important event—whether it is a breakfast retreat or an evening wedding. We wrap up at 10 pm to respect our friends and neighbors living nearby. Our rental rules reflect our commitment to community support, yet our celebrants usually love that our space closes by 10pm, as it gives them time to savor their full day and capture its precious memories.

sound system & video projection

Connect your laptop or music source to our professional sound system, or bring your own DJ or band.  We also provide a keyboard, wireless microphones/PA system, a projector with stage-mounted screen, and a PA system for outdoor ceremonies.

lighting

We know that lighting can really make or break an event. The ballroom offers dimmable chandeliers, café lights, ceiling uplights, stage lights, disco ball, and glorious natural light through expansive windows. 

parking

Ample street parking is available around Laurelhurst Park.  Short-term parking/loading is available in front of the Club.  The Club does not have off-street parking.

accessibility

There is ramp from the curb to the front door of the Club. However, the facility is not completely ADA accessible.

event set-up & clean-up

Our staff will set the ballroom with tables and chairs, and bistro tables on the West Lawn, ready for your linens and table decorations.  The mezzanine and bar have tables and armchairs, bar tables, bar chairs, and lounge seating.  After your event, you are responsible for picking up and leaving the Club as clean as you found it.

on-site Staff

Our on-site manager will be present throughout your event to help you use the Club and its equipment. Building on a strong legacy of exquisite Club management, our staff will be there to answer all questions and make sure you've made all of your arrangements for a wonderful event.
